Terms & Conditions

The media referred in this Terms of Service refers to the site owner who meets the following requirements:
1. Personal Web site: the site owner should have full civil capacity, and be able to bear legal responsibility.
2. Business Website: Business Web site means that, apart from personal web sites other than engaging in acts of corporate business, entities, agencies and other organizations that have websites. All commercial websites should be registered in its domestic legal registration as legal persons or entities of the enterprise, organization.
3. The requirements of the Web site: Web site operators should comply with relevant laws and regulations strictly, the site carries out by marketing, advertising and related business activities legitimate. Site shall not contain the following elements (hereinafter referred to as "illegal content"):
⑴ Against the basic principles of the Constitution;
⑵ Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverts the government, undermining national unity.
⑶ harm national honor and interests;
⑷ incitement of ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity;
⑸ undermine national and religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstition;
⑹ disseminates rumors, disturbs social order or undermines social stability;
⑺ spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting a crime;
⑻ insults or slanders other people, against the legitimate rights and interests of others;
⑼ violations of intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights;
⑽ infringement of trade secrets;
⑾ with laws and administrative regulations of the other elements of the prohibition.
Whether the media is a personal or company site, all sites owners should have full ownership, the right to use the corresponding decision-making rights of the site, and to ensure that its website pages are compatibly displayed under the resolution of 800X600.
4. Media site owners must have a permanent fixed address or office address, and have regular Internet e-mail capabilities.

★ Media site registration and advertising procedures
1. The media site registration -> fill out the registration form and to verify the website. 6: PM take the review mechanism to the media Members, when media member’s site is involved in an offense or the WebPages can’t be displayed normally, 6: PM retain the right to cancel its membership.
2. After Media sites are approved, they can land on the 6: PM platform to get the ad code.
3. After the Ad code is embedded on the site, Affiliate’s performance will be based on the results both from 6: PM tracking system and the returning confirmation from the merchant.
★ The right of media site
1. After getting through the registration, the authentication, the examination, the Media officially became an affiliate of 6: PM.
2. Advertising costs settlement: the performance settlement will be on the basis of the contract with 6: PM.
3. Payouts balance: the media will be paid every end of internal closure as long as the commission exceeds the payouts balance.
★ Obligations of media site
1. The media site must ensure that all of the pages on its website do not contain any illegal content, and to ensure that are not connected to the web pages containing illegal content.
2. If there is any changes regarding to the information provided by the media Web site, including name, telephone and so on, media should be landing 6: PM platform to modify these changed information.
3. Members should protect your user name and password which shall not be disclosed to third parties. If the unauthorized use of its account, please promptly notify 6: PM, otherwise at your peril.
4. If it is found that Members use the ads non-compliance with 6: PM or advertisers specified norms, 6: PM have the right to request amendments.
5. 6: PM has the right to unilaterally decide to change the Terms of Service. If there is any change in terms of service, 6: PM will promptly publish a notice to inform the media site. The amended Information comes into effect since published.
6. The terms of service changes, such as media sites continue to use the services provided by 6: PM, means that the media Web site to accept the revised Terms of Service.
★ Liability for breach of contract
1. Prohibited the adoption of equipment, procedures and other non-legal means to raise personal income. If found, 6: PM has the right to immediately cancel the eligibility of its media Web site, to withdraw the running ad, and has been paid to recover the full cost of the published advertisement, 6: PM has the responsibility to retain the right to further recourse; meanwhile, the media must assume all the losses bring to 6: PM.
2. Media websites committed to its 6: PM platforms submit the authenticity of any information, including but not limited to its registration information, web address, and contact information. 6: PM of the above information does not assume the responsibility for the authenticity of the review. However, once the media found 6: PM site provides false information or to take other means of deception and have the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of the media Web site, delete their accounts of all the commission, and reserve the right to the responsibility of the media Web site.
3. Commitment to its media Web site registered in 6: PM platform should not make any liability and penalties on 6: PM company, 6: PM other media platforms, web site, 6: PM any other users, third-party web sites which provide services to 6: PM, or any of the third-party 6: PM cooperate with.
4. In the case that the media Web site is in violation of this Terms of Service, or the media web site is in violation of the law or infringes on the rights of third parties, by a third party and 6: PM its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents claims (including but not limited to the judiciary and other professional fees), the media must compensate 6: PM for all losses.
★ Disclaimer
In addition to Ads provided by 6: PM, media content site is involved in pornography, violence, reactionary, and any violation of the People's Republic national laws, 6: PM is not responsible. Related responsibility is assumed entirely by the media site.
★ Force majeure
For beyond the unforeseeable reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, material shortages or rationing, acts of war, government action, communications or other facilities such as failure or serious accidents, 6: PM doesn’t assume any liability for members.
